Workflow map activity owner mapping to Org role

Hi team,

In case of OOTB PR item type workflow, the activity "Review PR" and "Approve PR" both are assigned to Change Specialist 1 identity.

Here, I wanted "Review PR" activity is to be assigned to one org role, for example Quality person and Approve PR activity to be assigned to Design Moderator or any other role other than the Quality team member.

I understand that easy way to replace the owner for the activity. But, I wanted to keep the Change Specialist 1 and map different org roles as per activity only through configuration?
