User inputs search criteria but application doesn't apply the criteria. See screenshot below.
User has logged into other computers and it follows her. Other users on these same computers have no issues. She has tried accessing through Citrix and directly from desktop (non-Citrix) .
It has to do with her permissions or something behind the scenes that it causing this. No one else is having the issue.
