URL in Federated property in list view.

Hi,

How would I get a clickable URL into the displayed value of a federated property in list view?

I want to display a link to the first related item from the relationships tab of  a given related item, as mostly there is only ever one related item. E.g. The parent item is CAD and the related item is through CAD Structure, so is also CAD.

BTW: This is to reduce the number of clicks when searching for an item, as our mech eng is finding current methods consume too much of his time.
