lower toolbar missing

Hi friends,

I am using Aras 11SP5

client win7+IE11 +.Net 4.5 and I have set the regedit "EnableIEHosting"=dword:0000001

The lower toolbar buttons is missing , please see attach file(firefox is ok), where can I fix the problem, Thanks
